Never allow cast metal that has not been injected to cool down in the crucible.

Do not use feeders that are too big, and at filling avoid bits of alloy jamming between the crucible
walls (Fig. 2).
Please note: It is also recommended that you first put feeder pieces, then new alloy slugs, into the
crucible.
FEEDER PIECES
CYCLE SEQUENCE

Flip isolating switch to ON.

Push “START” button on control panel.

Use button “SPEED” to select type of arm start mode.

Load crucible with the desired amount of alloy (60g maximum).

Insert crucible into its housing on the arm.

Check arm centering. A signal sounds to confirm correct positioning (Light on front panel also lights
up).
Please note: When the sound signal and the warning light are not activated, the “SELF” [coil] button
remains inoperative

Use the gripper fork to place the cylinder and cradle assembly in the arm compartments.

Activate the fusion coil movement ("SELF" button). Two "beeps" confirm the inductor position.

Parameterize generator power ("POWER" button from 1 to 5 warning lights lit for max power)

Close hinged cover.

Start fusion ("FUSION" button).

Slugs melt into each other then form a homogenous ball.

Injection temperature is then reached.

Press "INJECT", cover locks (warning light lit), inductor lowers to release crucible and centrifuge
starts.

Press "STOP" to stop rotation after 10 to 15 seconds.

Wait for the cover safety lock to release cover (about 20 seconds).

Open cover and use gripper fork to recover cylinder and cradle assembly.

Use anti-heat gloves or a suitable gripper to take out crucible.
