3.2 Activation of the ionization function (ION)
The ionisation function (ION)) is activated by pressing the button 2. After that the green indictor gets lit.
3.3 Temperature control
Turn the control 2 clockwise and set the required temperature. The device will gradually and
quickly heat the air in the room. The air gets inside the device from down, where it gets warm,
and after that the air gets out of the device through the lattice that is in the upper part of the
device. The value of the temperature in the room can be any one from approximately 5°C up to
30°C. The thermostat switches the device off , as soon as the set temperature has been achieved,
after that the thermostat switches the device on and out alternatively, so as the set temperature
in the room to be kept the same.
3.4 Frost protection
Se t the control of the temperature setting 2 in the position “
*
” (Frost-protection).
The thermostat will switch the device automatically, as soon as the temperature in the room will drop
down below about 5 °C. Make sure that you are operating a device which can provide the preset condi-
tions.
3.5 TIP-OVER switch function
In safety purposes convector is equipped with the TIP-OVER switch function. When convector slid down
accidently, the tip-over switch will automatically cut off the main power for safety using.
When the fi nal user put the convector in the right upright position, the tip-over switch will automatically
connect the main power.
3.6 Operation
Don’t use any abrasive or aggressive detergents to clean the device. Regularly clean the lower and upper
air openings by means of a vacuum-cleaner. .
4. Guidelines for the device installation:
UFO convectors are electric devices designed to be installed on a wall or on the fl oor (с with the help of a
platform on wheels that is provided in the delivery set). These devices are designed for heating internal
rooms in houses, dwelling houses or in apartments (for example, bed-rooms, bath-rooms, study halls,
offi
ces, etc.).
ATTENTION!
Installation, connection to the power supply line and the fi rst starting of the device shall be per-
formed only by a qualifi ed specialist. The Company shall bear no responsibilities for any defects
or troubleshooting of the device that was installed and operated without observing the manual
operation of the manufacturer.
The Manual installation book of the device shall be provided to the purchaser together with the device,
and it shall be transferred to the purchaser if the purchaser has bought the convector.
