Troubleshooting Operational Tips

- The sound quality and voice activation feature are dependent
on the capabilities of your mobile device (e.g. mobile phone).

Make sure that your mobile or pairing device is using the
most current software updates.

- For best sound quality try adjusting volume levels of your

master pairing device to 70% or until you achieve best

results.

- Try experimenting with your pairing device, turn the volume

to 50%,75% and 100% to find which combination works best

for your settings.

- The

HBC120 will fit on most ski and snowboard

helmets. As long as your helmet has speaker pockets or a
place for the speakers, the

HBC120 will most likely

work with your helmet.

- You can use the HBC120 on most helmets:

Ski and Snowboard, Snowmobile
Motorcycle, Motocross, ATV
Your helmet needs speaker pockets and a mounting surface for
the control unit.
