NOTE: The efficiency of this appliance has been measured as specified in BS7977-1 2002 and the
result is 80.0%. The gross calorific value of the fuel has been used for this efficiency calculation.
GasTec have certified the test data from which it has been calculated. The efficiency value may be
used in the UK Government’s Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) for energy rating of dwellings.
Please note:
The restrictor fitted to the appliance is there to achieve the maximum efficiency. This,
however, may require removal where a flue is underperforming.
When unpacking the appliance please check the following items are included:

Confirm that the appliance is suitable prior to installation (
G20 for natural gas or G31 for propane
gas

Note: the appliance should only be used on the
appropriate gas specified. It is not suitable for conversion from one gas to the other.
