Maintenance

.  For your safety, service and maintenance should be performed

regularly by a qualified technician.

Pacemaker safety warning

. People with pacemakers should consult with their

physician(s) before using this product; operation of equipment in close proximity to a
heart pacemaker could cause interference or failure of the pacemaker.

Note

: Performance of this tool may vary depending on variations in local line voltage. Exten-

sion cord usage may also affect tool performance.

Warning: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual

stood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be
built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.

Additional Safety Precautions for Cement Mixers

1.

Never leave the Cement Mixer unattended while running. Turn power off if you have to
leave the mixer.

2.

Before each use, check all nuts, bolts, and screws for tightness. Vibration during
mixing may cause these to loosen.

3.

Avoid accidental tipping of the Cement Mixer by using it on a flat and stable surface.

4.

Remove any tools from inside the mixing drum before turning the Cement Mixer on.

5.

Keep extension cord off the ground and away from water.

6.

Never place your hands in the mixing drum during operation.

7.

Keep a three foot clean area around the Cement Mixer.

8.

Always connect the Line Cord to a GFIC protected electrical outlet.

Unpacking

When unpacking, check to make sure that all the parts are included. Refer to the Parts List
and Assembly Drawing at the end of this manual. If any parts are missing or broken, please
call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

Assembly

1.

Attach the Support Bracket (27) to the Stand Bracket (26) using Hex. Bolt (8) and
Spring Washer (6). See photo A on the next page. Tighten Securely.

2.

Attach the Axle Bracket (28) to the Stand Bracket (26) using Hex. Bolt (19) and Spring
Washer (6). See photo B on the next page. Tighten Securely.

3.

Place each Wheel (30) on the Axle Bracket (28) axle and secure by snapping in the
Set Washer (23) over the axle.
