The control lever on the handle of the truck can be set in 

three positions. (See Figure 1)

RELEASE = to lower the forks

SLOW LIFT = slowly raise the forks (use when moving load)

QUICK LIFT = quickly raise the forks

1.  Before use, remove shipping cap located at top of 

pump unit using flathead screwdriver. (See Figure 2)

2.  Install large breather cap and O-ring on pump unit. 

(See Figure 2)

3.  If forks do not lift or lower while in the QUICK LIFT position, 

turn the setting screw counter-clockwise until the forks 

elevate while pumping in the QUICK LIFT position.

4.  If forks do not lower, turn the setting screw clockwise 

until raising the control lever lowers the forks. 

NOTE: When viewing the truck from the handle 

side, the setting screw is located on the right 

side of the pump, above the right wheel.  

The truck will lower faster or slower depending 

on how far in or out the screw is. (See Figure 3)
