WARNING! Intended for specific functions.
Please adhere to the following instructions to
ensure safe and proper use:
• The maximum capacity, including drum, is 600 lbs.
• Use with standard 55 gallon steel drums.
• Make sure spigot is in proper position before
tilting. Drum should not be rolled when cradle
and drum are horizontal.
• Tilt drums only standing directly on floor. Do not
attempt to tilt drums from pallets or dollies.
• Wheels are supplied to facilitate moving cradle
easily into storage or dispensing position. Do not
move cradle long distances. When movement is
needed, move loaded unit slowly.
• Do not roll down inclines.
NOTE: Initially assemble all parts loosely. Tighten
bolts at end of assembly and before using.
1. Attach saddles to the tops of both side frames using
4 bolts, 4 nuts and 4 washers per saddle.
(See Figure 1)
2. Attach the 2 cross braces together using 1 bolt, 1 nut
and 1 washer. Attach the assembled cross braces to
the front of both side frames using 4 bolts, 4 nuts and 4
washers. (See Figure 2)
3. Turn drum cradle upside down. Attach spreader bar
to side frames using 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 washers.
(See Figure 3)
4. With drum cradle upside down, slide wheels onto axles.
Place axle clips over the axles and attach to side
frames using 4 bolts, 4 nuts and 4 washers per axle.
(See Figure 4)
5.
Tighten all bolts.
Insert tilting bar into slotted tubes
under saddles. (See Figure 5)
