RECOMMENDATIONS
Labels are not printing.
Ensure the label roll cassette has been loaded in the back
of the printer and the cassette button is solid white.
NOTE: Printer comes with one 1" label roll cassette
and one 2" cleaning cassette. If the cleaning
cassette has been loaded, no labels will print.
Not connecting to computer.
