Conducting a Telehealth Session
Step 1:
Log into the TytoApp on your smartphone or tablet and turn on
your Tyto Device.
If your telehealth service provider instructed you to use a different
app with the Tyto Device, follow this link for more information -
xapp.tytocare.com
Step 2:
Make sure that the TytoApp is connected to your Tyto Device.
Connection will occur automatically within 60 seconds if you have
already connected the TytoApp to your Tyto Device during the
initial setup process, and you are using the same Wi-Fi or hotspot
connection.
Step 3:
Choose the name of the account member who needs to be
examined.
Step 4:
Select a telehealth visit type:
1. See a Clinician Online.
2. Exam and Forward: capture examination data and send to a
clinician to diagnose at a later time.

Step 1:
Select an available clinician to initiate a telehealth visit request.
Once the clinician starts the visit, you will be prompted to join the
session.
