Setting up TytoHome
Step 1:
Download the TytoApp from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play
(Android) onto your smartphone or tablet. Depending on the
telehealth service being used, you may need to download other
apps as instructed.
Step 2:
Sign up for a user account via the TytoApp. If you were already
registered by your health provider, a username and password or
registration code may be sent to you separately. You may also
register additional dependents under your user account.
Step 3:
Pair the TytoApp to your Tyto Device to allow them to communicate
with each other. This step is accomplished using either your
phone’s hotspot or the Wi-Fi network it is connected to when using
the TytoApp. Once connected, you will see green connected icon
in the top right corner of the TytoApp. If pairing is unsuccessful,
make sure your Wi-Fi or hotspot password is correct, and that you
are not trying to connect to an unsupported network.
