and the "FormCardEdit" dialog box appears as

On the "FormCardEdit" dialog box: You can fill in your personal information.

Vcalendar (Calendar scheduling):

Press the New button,
and the "Calendar Edit" dialog box appears as below.

Fill in "Summary'' and "Location" and select "Start Time" and "End Time". Then edit
the notes in the blank.
