Downcore control
Sets the number of cores to be used. Once this option has been used to remove
any cores, a POWER CYCLE is required in order for future selections to take effect.
ONE (1+0) / TWO (1+1) / TWO (2+0) / THREE (3+0) / FOUR (2+2) /

Can be used to disable symmetric multithreading. To re-enable SMT, a POWER
CYCLE is needed after selecting the
‘Auto’ option. WARNING – S3 is NOT
SUPPORTED on systems where SMT is disabled.
