Trouble Shooting
1.
Windows cannot find VisionDTV PCI-Ter board.

Check whether VisionDTV PCI-Ter Card was inserted correctly in the PCI slot.
◆
Re-start the operation system.
◆
Run "Add/Remove Hardware Device" from Windows "Control Panel"
◆
Re-insert VisionDTV PCI-Ter Card into another PCI slot of the PC

Windows cannot find the driver of VisionDTV PCI-Ter board
Please shut down the computer and re-insert the VisionDTV board. Then install the
driver again. For more installation information please refer to
“Chapter2–Installation Introduction.”
3.
Cannot lock any program channel when auto scan.

Check the cable connection between VisionDTV PCI-Ter Board and the dish.
Please note that the cable should be connected to the connector of the card.

Please re-insert the VisionDTV PCI-Ter Board to another PCI slot.
4.
When the dialog "Unlock!" pops up.
Check the cable connection between VisionDTV PCI-Ter Board and the dish. Please
note that the cable should be connected to the connector of the card.
5.
When error dialog box pops up or black screen appears

Might be resulted from poor signal quality, VisionDTV doesn't receive enough
data of program or does receive wrong data. Please check the connection between
VisionDTV PCI-Ter Board and the cable.

Please check the driver of VGA card or on board VGA chip.
◆
Please make sure your operation system is Microsoft Windows
98SE/ME/2000/XP.
◆
Please install Microsoft DirectX8.1 and Media Player 7.0 or higher version.
6.
Video is playing but Audio is failed
Please check the sound card or the volume setting.
7.
Failed to play program.
◆
Make sure you have installed Sound Card Driver and the Sound Card is working.
Please note that no matter if you want to listen to the audio or not, the sound card
and its driver must be installed.
