PROBLEM

No power, tray does not glow.
1. Power cord was not
plugged in the outlet.
2. Main power switch is not
in the “ON” position.
1. Check that unit is plugged into
a standard 120V outlet.
2. Press power button several
times, making sure power
is set to the “ON” position.
Tray glows, but no flame effect.
Flame button is not in the
“ON” position.
Press the flame button several
times.
Heater does not blow warm air.
The current room temperature
is higher than the temperature
setting.
Adjust the temperature settings
to ensure that the thermostat is
set higher than the current room
temperature.
Heater doesn’t work, but Power
and Heater settings are “ON”
and thermostat is set
accordingly.

The thermal protection device
has tripped.
Turn all switches to the “OFF”
position and unplug the unit from
the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After
5 minutes plug the unit back into
wall outlet, and operate as normal.
Insure that no objects are
blocking the air intake or output
vents which creates excessive
heat build-up.
Flame effect works but heater
function does not and the
tray flashes when the
heater button is pressed.
Heater function is disabled.
Press and hold the POWER
button for 10 seconds to
re-enable the heater function.
