3. Lights switch
Light switch has the following two positions. Working
of switch at the respective position is as follows:
OFF : All the lamps are turned ‘OFF’ except DRL
lamp and tail lamp when the switch is
positioned at ‘ ’ even though the engine is
running.
ON: Head lamp, position lamps, speedometer
back illumination and license plate lamp
glows when the switch is positioned at ‘ ’
and engine is running.
4. Electric starter switch
Press the starter switch ‘ ’ to start the engine
electrically along with the application of either front
or rear brake.
LED DAY TIME RUNNING LAMP (DRL)
TVS Scooty Zest comes with a day time running LED
lamp which glows automatically once the ignition is
turned ON and continue to glow till the head lamp is
switched ‘ON’.
It is not recommended to add any additional throttle
grip (cover).
DRL lamp goes ‘OFF’ automatically once the head lamp
is turned ‘ON’.
