INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE

SAK, SAS models are designed to be in an ambient 75 degrees Fahrenheit (dry bulb)

or colder and 55 percent relative humidity. If unit is installed in warm ambient,

sushi cases will not cool effectively. Move the sushi cases to the final location

before removing shipping skid. Condenser is located on left or right from the front

view. Do not block inlet /outlet.

LOCATION OF SUSHI CASES

SAK, SAS models are designed to operate in environments where

temperature & humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% relative humidity.

RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS

A. Sushi cases should be installed on well leveled table or flat location.
B. If unit is not leveled, water will not drain properly. Leveling legs can be

adjusted accordingly.

LEVELING OF SUSHI CASES

Customer is responsible for checking for damage. First, inspect crate as soon as it

arrives. Prior to signing acceptance of shipment, if the crate is damaged, make sure

to note it on the bill of lading. If there is concealed damage after uncrating and the

crate was in good condition, you must contact Turbo Air's Customer Service.

Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving unit. The bill of

lading must be sent to the claim department and pictures of the unit and crating

may be requested.
