Setup and function
4.1
Overview Retractable Locating and Expanding Pin SDZ 40 F
The Machine is used to pick up and centre a component on the centring mandrel and to clamp the com-
ponent with the clamping jaws.
When the centring mandrel (a) extends, the clamping jaws (b) retract. The operator places the compo-
nent to be clamped on the support (c) via the centring mandrel. When the centring mandrel (a) is re-
tracted, the clamping jaws (b) extend and clamp the component against the support.
