Now fit the cabinet top panel into the cabinet, the rear panels and the top
panel share the same nuts and bolts. Note: The lip on the cabinet top
panel sits on top of the two rear panels.

Fit each door into the base of the cabinet, one at a time, the door hinge
pins locate into the holes on the base of the cabinet. Now bolt the cabinet
door fascia into place above each door, locating the top hinge pins of the
doors into the fascia before attaching them to each side of the cabinet.
