Mode (Function) button: Push to select the following function
setting mode.
1st press – Channel,
2nd press – CTCSS,
3rd press – VOX level,
4th press – Dual Watch Channel,
5th press – Roger On/Off,
6th press – Beep On/Off,
7th press – Caller ID,
8th press – Call Ringer Selection

Scan / Lock button : Push this key momentarily to enable or
disable the scan. Press and hold this key for over 2 seconds to
lock or unlock keypad.

Up/Down button : In the stand-by mode, Pressing this button
will increment or decrement the listening volume. Upon
function setting mode, this button will be used to adjust the
function settings.

Monitor Indicator: Icon appears when the monitor button is
pressed and the channel monitor function is activated.
Key Lock Indicator: Icon appears when the keypad is
locked. This function disables keys such as channel
up/down and mode.
