3. Uninstall the old version PC Viewer from the PC

PC Windows [Start] => [Control panel]

And uninstall [SmartWitness]

4. Uninstall the old version Viewer from the Mac

Drag the Smart Witness file from the applications folder to the recycle bin

and empty the bin.

5. Install the new PC Viewer

Please see section 3 - Software Installation for full installation instructions.

Alternatively, if you have a Mac, please see the Mac Software User Guide.

After installing the new PC Viewer, initialise the SD card.

Then new software will then be automatically copied to [pcsw] folder on

the SD card.
