MAINTENANCE
11.1
How the sweeper works
The central brush, together with one or two side brushes, conveys the rubbish towards the suction unit
which removes it from the ground and conveys it into the collection container. The suction fan ensures
that there is no dust in the brush collection area. The dust contained in the air is filtered by filters fitted in
the upper part of the container.
11.2
Filter unit
The sweeper is provided with revolutionary new polyester needle felt filters which are self -cleaning and
particularly effective in eliminating dust, with filtering power up to 1 micron and special automatic filter
shaker for perfect cleaning without having to take the filter out.
11.3 Replacing the dust filter
For the proper functioning of the machine, the filters must be kept clean.
11.4
Central brush
The central brush is adjusted by means of the knop nr. 10 ( see. Pag. 6).
FOR BEST PERFORMANCE OF THE CENTRAL BRUSH, THE MARK LEFT ON THE GROUND BY THE
BRUSH DURING ROTATION WITH THE VEHICLE AT A STANDSTILL MUST BE NOT MORE THAN 4 -5
CM OF WIDTH.
11.5
Routine checks on the engine unit
For routine maintenance of the engine, for example cleaning the air filter or changing the engine oil, refer
to the engine instruction manual.
