Troubleshooting the BlueSky
™
Monitor
The table below lists the symptoms, possible causes and
recommended solutions for common problems encountered with the
BlueSky™ Air Quality Monitor.
The LED on the bottom can be used to help troubleshoot device
issues. Use the blink pattern to identify the error and possible cause.
The LED blinks in the following manner over a 2 second period.
Possible Cause
Corrective Action
Monitor does not turn on
Bad Power
Connection or
Failed Power
Supply
Check all power connections, including the power
port on the bottom of the device and where the power
supply is plugged into an outlet to confirm proper
connections have been made.
If the power connections have been confirmed and
the device still will not power on, try confirming the
power supply is working by plugging it into a different
monitor. If found that the power supply is defective, a
replacement can be purchased.
If power supply seems to be working the main
board may have failed and the entire device will
need to be replaced.
