5.2 Working with your removable Hard Disk Drive

Click on your new desk top Icon entitled ANPR etc. and the ‘shell’ program will run.

At this point you do not have any DATA in your local data base.
5.2.1 Choosing how much DATA to bring into your ‘local’ Database
As mentioned at the start of this chapter, there may be constraints as to how much free
space your local hard drive has to spare so for example you might wish to search your
removable hard drive from the Site Sentry Camera System and either import the whole
data base if you have a large capacity hard drive or maybe only a section of your recorded
data if you are using a PC with a solid state hard drive (SSD).
