Turning On and Operation Control
Fastening the Work Piece
• Intermittent Operation:
To turn on the tool, press the switch.
To turn off the tool, release the switch.
• Continuous Operation:
Press the switch until it stops.
The disc will remain rotating until the switch is pressed
again.
1.
Lift the half-nut.
2.
Pull the crank outwards.
3.
Set the work piece.
4.
Push the crank until it
touches the work piece.
5.
Lower the half-nut.
6.
Turn the crank to fasten
the work piece.
• Set the work piece in a way it cannot move while the disc is
making contact.
• Pieces in an angle shall be worked inverted.
• Cuts will be more efficient if the disc cuts the lowest thickness
section.
• Insert a metallic block slightly smaller than the work piece when
the disc diameter is worn due to wear.
• Never make hands-free cuts if the clamping
screw does not correctly clamp the work piece.
