Disconnect the power cord from the
outlet before making any adjustments, service or
maintenance to the pressure washer.
• Turn the pressure washer OFF and press the trigger to
release the pressure trapped inside the unit.
• Remove the garden hose and pressure hose.
• Turn the pressure washer ON and let it run for 5
seconds to remove most of the water trapped in the
pump.
• Disconnect the pressure washer and store the cord.
• Store the pressure washer and accessories in a dry,
temperature-controlled environment. Do not store the
pressure washer and accessories in a location where the
temperature drops below 40 °F.
FREEZE DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED
UNDER WARRANTY.
• Carbon brushes should be checked periodically and
always be replaced by a Truper Authorized Service Center
when they have worn out. After they have been replaced,
request the new carbons to be inspected and confirm that
they can move freely in the carbon holder and request
the pressure washer to be turn on for 5 minutes to match
the contact of the carbons with the switch.
• Only original Truper replacement carbons should be
used, as they are specifically designed with the
appropriate hardness and electrical resistance for each
type of motor. Carbons out of specification can damage
the engine.
• When changing the carbons, both of them should
always be replaced.

Lubrication of the pressure washer
• The internal screen of the water filter must always be
kept clean to maintain continuous water flow to the
pressure washer and prevent damage to the pump.
• To clean the screen remove the water filter from the
garden hose connector and unscrew it from the black part
to remove it from the machine.
• Unscrew transparent covers to remove screens. Handle
them carefully to avoid damaging them.
• Rinse the screens with water and reassemplify them in
the filter vertically (

). Verify that the thread closes easily
and tightly.
Do not over-tighten
to avoid damaging the thread.
• Put the filters back into the
machine and connect to the garden
hose to prevent foreign particles
from entering the pump.
• Replace filters when they have dark
brown color or the screen is
damaged.
Never use the
pressure washer without the filters.
CAUTION
CAUTION
• Keep the pressure washer free of dust. Never use water
or chemical cleaners to clean the pressure washer. Clean
only with a clean, dry cloth.
• Always keep the vents clean and free of obstructions to
ensure proper cooling of the motor.
• Regularly inspect all mounting screws and make sure
that they are tightened correctly. If any of the screws are
loose, tighten them immediately.
• The motor is the heart of the pressure washer. Be very
careful that it is not affected by oil or water.
• Periodically check the power cord for any damage. If
damaged, have the cable replaced at a
Authorized Service Center.
• The connections in the pressure washer hoses, the spray
gun and spears shall be cleaned regularly and lubricated
with non-soluble grease to prevent leaks and damage the
seals in each connection.
• Nozzles should be lubricated with non-water-soluble
grease or light oil on a regular basis.
• A blocked nozzle causes the pressure in the pressure
pump to rise too high. It should be cleaned immediately.
1) Remove the blockage in the nozzle by inserting the
nozzle cleaner through the center hole.
2) Purge the nozzle with water. Restart the pressure
washer and press the trigger of the high-pressure gun. If
the pressure is still high repeat steps 1 and 2.
• Take the machine to a Authorized
Service Center every six months for maintenance
(lubricate valves and change oil).
In case of oil leakage, contact a
Authorized Service Center.
