Operation

• 

Connect the A/C adapter to the power cord 
attached to your truMedic® Insta® 
Seat Back Massager

• 

Plug the A/C adapter into a compatible outlet

The truMedic® Insta® Seat 
Back Massager will automatically shut 
off after 

15 minutes

 of use.

Even Machines Can Use a Break!

• 

Press the ON/OFF button once to begin your massage session.  The 
truMedic® Insta® Seat Back Massager has LED lights built into the 
massage nodes that will turn green when the massage session has begun.

• 

Press the ON/OFF button a second time to activate the Heat function (The 
LED lights will turn red).

• 

To turn off your massager, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds.

Press once - Turn on the Seat Back Massager.

Press once while turned on - Activate heat function.

Press and hold for 3 seconds - Turn off the Seat Back Massager.
