Troubleshooting guide
If you encounter problems with the Truma App and / or the Truma iNet Box, we recommend checking that the app is up to date,
and performing an update if necessary.
In this eventuality, we also recommend a firmware update for the Truma iNet Box in accordance with the instructions in the
firmware update section.

Truma iNet Box is not ready for opera-
tion
(green LED is not on)
– Check all plug connections and whether the power supply is
sufficient
My connected appliances cannot be
controlled
– Check that the Truma iNet Box is ready for operation
– Check that the appliances are connected correctly and ready for
operation
– Perform a restart of the Truma iNet Box. To do this, disconnect
the power supply for about 10 seconds. (*)
GSM
Poor network reception
– Check the installation of the Truma iNet Box
– Check that the network covers your current location
– Check the internal / external GSM antenna changeover switch
– Check whether your mobile phone provider provides a connec-
tion to a 2G mobile phone network (
GSM
)
No operation possible
(red LED is on)
– Check that the used Mini-SIM card is functioning properly
(e.g. SIM card has been blocked by the operator)
– Check the PIN in the set-up assistant of the Truma App
– Check the internal / external GSM antenna changeover switch
I have sent a command via SMS but my
appliance has not yet received it
– Check the phone number in the set-up assistant of the
Truma App
– There may be a delay in the SMS being forwarded due to the
mobile phone provider or poor network cover
I do not receive SMS confirmation
– Check that the used Mini-SIM card is functioning properly and
has credit
