ERROR MESSAGES AND TROUBLESHOOTING:
Below you will find the most common problems you may encounter with the air purifier.
If the problem you are experiencing is not here, contact your dealer or the manufacturer.

Is the air purifier plugged into
the mains?
Plug the power cord into
the mains.
Is the child lock on?
Hold the UV light button
and WiFi button for 3
seconds at the same time.
Is the filter cover closed
properly?
Put the filter cover on
properly.
The air flow is weaker
than before.
Is the filter clogged?
Clean the filter.
Is it a long time since the filter
was last replaced?
Replace the filter.
Have all packaging materials
been removed from the filter?
Remove all packaging
materials.
The air coming out of
the air purifier smells.
Is the filter clogged?
Clean the filter.
Is it a long time since the filter
was last replaced?
Replace the filter.
Smart mode is not
working.
Is part of the sensor blocked?
Remove the obstacle that
is blocking the sensor.
