If
you have purchased an Oxxiom device, downloaded the
Oxxiom Rx App from the Apple App Store, and the email App
service is available and functional:
1.Go to About Oxxiom screen, Technical Support section.
2.Select Contact Us and an email message is pre-populated
with information about the Oxxiom device, if it is
connected and operating.
3.Just type in the message and tap Send.
