The appliance runs, but no condensate is formed:  

• Check the room temperature. 

The working range of the appliance lies between 0 and 40 °C 

• Check the humidity of the air. At least 35 % R.H. 

• Check the air filter for contamination and, if necessary, clean it in accordance 

with the instructions under “Care and maintenance”.

• In the case of hygrostat-controlled operation, check the hygrostat setting.

The mains plug must be pulled out of the mains socket 
before carrying out any work on the appliance.

Condensate runs out of the appliance.  

• Check that the appliance is standing level and on an even surface. 

• Check the water outlet for contamination and if necessary clean it in accordance

with the instructions under “Care and maintenance”. 

If the appliance does not work correctly despite carrying out these checks, 
please contact Trotec or an authorised specialist company.
