Adjusting the cutting angle
You can adjust the cutting angle in the range from 0° to 45°.
Info
For mitre cuts, the cutting depth is smaller than the
value shown on the cutting depth scale.
1. Loosen the wing screw for the cutting angle (5).

2. Set the desired cutting angle on the cutting angle
scale (32).
3. Retighten the wing screw (5).
4. Note that the cutting line runs along between the notches
on the base plate marked
0
and
45
, depending on the
cutting angle setting. In the example below, the cutting
angle is set to 45°:

Before any work on the device, remove the mains plug
from the mains socket and the battery from the device!
Hold onto the mains plug while pulling the power cable
out of the mains socket.
Warning of hot surface
The insertion tool might still be hot after the
application. Burn hazard when touching the insertion
tool.
Do not touch the insertion tool bare-handed!
Wear protective gloves!

Only use saw blades complying with EN 847-1.

Do not use flanges or flange nuts whose bore hole is
larger or smaller than that of the saw blade.
