3 . ASSEMBLY STEPS
FEATURE
1. Free standing, no chains or hanger required.
2. Water filled base provides excellent stability.
3. Pressurized bag stem for optimal resistance.
4. Flexible polyethylene construction allows for quick rebound.
Complete each assembly step in order before advancing on to the next.
STEP 1.
Loosen all nuts and bolts
STEP 2.
Open the Cap (C) on the Base (A & B) and fill the base with water or sand. Once filled completely,
close the cap. The weight of the base will be 110kg (242lbs) if filled with water or 130kg (287lbs) if
filled with sand. (See Fig. 1 & Fig. 2)
If you want to release the water or sand, open the cap on the top of the base and tip the base over.
STEP 3.
Attach the Bottom Bracket (D) of the Elasticity (F) to the top of the Base (A) with four Hex Bolts (E).
(See Fig. 3)
STEP 4.
Attach the Boxing Bag (H) with four Bolts (G) (see Fig.3)
STEP 5.
Tighten all bolts and nuts after completing all assembly steps.

Prior to exercising on the Trojan Upright Boxing Bag please remove all jewelry (rings, watches, chains etc.)
• For safety reasons, all screws must be tightened securely.
