COMPUTER FUNCTIONS

PULSE RATE:

 

Press MODE button until “

▼

” appears on PULSE. This will measure your current heart

 

rate provided you are holding both the Heart Rate Sensors for at least 3-4 seconds. This

 

will show your current heart beat rate per minute.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

HOW TO REMOVE BATTERY:

• 

Remove the battery cover and place two AA batteries into the battery housing on the back of the 
Console.

• 

Ensure the batteries are correctly positioned. 

• 

Replace battery cover ensuring that it is replaced correctly.

• 

If the display is illegible or is partially displaying the readout, remove batteries and wait 15 seconds 
before reinstalling.

Note:

 Removing the batteries will erase computer memory.
