Lithium based batteries also have an ‘advanced’ settings tab. Here it is possible to change the charging
levels and temperature limits.
Please do not change these settings without advice from Integrel technical
staff.
Setting a voltage incorrectly here can cause damage to the battery banks, as well as cause a serious
safety issue. These settings should match the recommended or specified settings given by the battery
manufacturer, and only need changing for specific applications.
Each sensor also needs to be calibrated once installed. To do this, ensure that the battery bank is disconnected
so no current is flowing, and press the ‘Set Current to Zero’ button. If the Integrel system is being powered
off a particular battery bank, you may need to temporarily power it externally, as described in the installation
guide.
Once every battery sensor is correctly set up, the Integrel generator itself needs to be configured for the
engine. To do this, select ‘Generator’ from the top-left menu. You will initially see the last-known data from
the controller:
For systems with multiple generators and controllers, you can move between them using the arrows, as per
the battery pages. Be aware that while in setup mode, this data is not updated so may not be accurate.
Press the ‘Edit Settings’ button to enter the generator settings page:
