2.3 Configure your Ethernet Network
Your Ethernet network should be automatically configured. To check you are online,
navigate from the VIDEO section in the centre of the screen by using the RIGHT
arrow on the remote to the SYSTEM section.
Then navigate DOWN to the System info tab and select OK on the remote.
You should see the first item showing LINK: CONNECTED followed by your IP Ad-
dress and other network information. This means your network is active and your
media centre is ready for use.
Should your link not show CONNECTED, then go to
SYSTEM, SETTINGS,
INTERNET ACCESS
,
and
highlight the
NETWORK CONNECTION,
and use the
OK
button
to select the
WIRED
option. This screen is shown in the following
screenshot.

Powering on/Off
Once your unit is powered on, a blue LED will be visible on the front of the unit.
By selecting the appropriate HDMI source on your television remote, you should
see the XBMC boot up screen display‘ Loading…’.
Please Note that on some televisions the XBMC Loading display may not
appear during boot up, and you may see a blank screen after the Triotech
logo has displayed, and until the home screen below appears . This is
normal. The screen may be blank for up to one minute. If after one minute
the home screen does not appear, cycle through the HDMI sources on your
TV remote to ensure you have the correct source selected.
After a minute or so, you will see the Home Screen appear.
