TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Everything is connected, but the lights won’t come on.
•
Make sure that the batteries are fully charged.
•
Check the wire that connects to the charger plug Make sure the solder joint is not broken
•
Check the wire that connects to the charger plug. Make sure the solder joint is not broken.
•
Check the battery terminals to make sure that the wires are connected properly to the
batteries.
•
Check the fuse located along the power cable at the top of the power pack.
•
Check the connectors and make sure all the connections are installed properly.
•
Check the connectors and make sure none of the wires from the controller are popping out.
2. The batteries are not charging.
•
Check the battery terminals and make sure that the wires are connected properly.
•
Try to charge the batteries for a full 24 hours. Unplug the charger and wait five minutes. Try
to charge the batteries again. If the batteries are not charged after 8 hours, the charger or the
batteries may need to be replaced.
•
Check the wiring that connects the batteries to the charger plug inside the bag. Make sure
that the wires are connected properly (solder joint is not broken).
3. The charger stays green when plugged into the power pack.
•
There is probably a broken wire somewhere in the circuit. Check the wire connection inside

the power pack at the charger plug. Make sure that the solder connection is not broken.
•
Check the power wire where the fuse, charger, controller wires come together. Make sure the
solder connection is not broken.
•
The batteries may be fully charged.
•
Check the battery terminal connections. Be sure there are no loose connections.
4 The charger stays red or is blinking red

•
Make sure that the charger is not overcharging the batteries. The batteries will get hot when
this happens.
•
The charger is most likely broken and will need to be replaced.
5. Motor applies intermittent power and/or makes intermittent noises.

Make sure the wiring from the controller to the motor is properly connected (colors match).
•
Make sure the wiring is not popping out of the connectors.
•
The motor cable may be damaged. Contact Trikke Tech Support for more assistance.
•
It’s normal pausing when low in charge.
