4. OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Lift and turn the ARM twice,
rotating it toward the top of the press
to create a distance between the
STRAINER and the UPPER PRESS.
There should be enough room to put
a sliced fruit in between the UPPER
PRESS and the STRAINER.

Step 2: There is a locking system
between the BOWL and the STRAINER
that prevents the STRAINER from
rising during the juice pressing
process. Be sure that the STRAINER
is fully seated inside the BOWL before
operating the press as described in
the next step.

Step 3: Place the BOWL into the
BOWL BRACKET by turning the
BOWL until it is in the correct locked
position.

Step 4: Put half of a sliced fruit on the
STRAINER. Place your desired juice
container under the bowl. Be sure the
DRIP CUP is positioned to the side of
the juice container.

EN

Step 7: Remove the fruit skin and pulp from the STRAINER
to prepare for the next use.

Step 6: The DRIP CUP is designed to collect any leftover
juice that may leak from under the bowl after the juice
pressing. Simply position the DRIP CUP under the BOWL
after the juice pressing process to collect any drips
between uses.

Step 5: Turn the ARM twice by rotating it toward yourself
to manually press the fruit. Once you are done pressing,
turn the ARM twice by rotating it around in the opposite
direction. Repeat this step until all produce is juiced.

5. CLEANING YOUR JUICE PRESS

•  The removable parts for cleaning are the STRAINER and the BOWL. Clean

these before use and often, between every use with hot water and non-
abrasive soap.

•  Choosing not to clean the STRAINER and the BOWL may result in decreased

performance of juice pressing and also compromises sanitary use of this
professional product.

•  In addition to cleaning the STRAINER and the BOWL, clean the inside of the

UPPER PRESS with a wet cloth with every use. Use a soft cloth to dry it.

CAUTION:
Never use water at a temperature above 104°F (40ºC) and abrasive substances,
such as acetone, detergent, soap, benzine, and thinner for cleaning any parts
the juice press.
