4.5.5 Firmware Update via USB

The Triax Series of Matrices can have their firmware updated via USB. For assistance please contact technicalsup-
[email protected]

Download the latest upgrade file, copy the exe.file to the PC and double click on the file to start the process.

When the program is running it will display the update dialogue box shown below, Press

the Button and choose the

upgrade file to be downloaded and press the button.

Once this update has finished and is accepted a new window will appear showing the message

Update Success

Note:

The COM number connected to the PC is only available when it is in the range of 1~9.
