How to delete device on the APP

How to rollback to factory configuration 

To rollback to configuration of the air conditioner to factory status, please long press the MODE button 

5 seconds. If rollback successfully, the Wi-Fi led indicator on the control panel with 

quick flash. 

Note: for security purpose, once the rollback operation is done, those mobile phones that have ever 

added the device will lose control to the device. In this case, you need to follow chapter 1 or chapter 2 to 

acquire control capability of the device again.

Device status on the APP 

There are two device status on the APP: online and offline. 

Online status means the network connection between the mobile phone and the air conditioner if fine. 

Offline status means the APP lose connection to the air conditioner.   

Figure 5-1 indicates the device is on-line status. Figure 5.-2 indicates the device is offline status.
