Assuming your chair has arrived fully assembled the first step is
to ensure it’s
ready before getting in!

Brakes
Depending on which option you’ve chosen you have a few
braking options.
Dynamic Lever Brakes
These are popular with our more active users and provide the ability to steer as
well as slow down each wheel independently. Each wheel can be slowed down by
gently pulling the levers upwards, but you can also use them as a parking brake
for transfers, etc. by pushing them down when stationary. You should feel them
lock into place and hold the wheels in a fixed position
