Power Switch
Supply the power when switch is ON.

Feeding Length Knob
Strap is automatically fed according to the time preset by the knob.

Reset Button
Restart the machine and to pull strap back into machine and/or to
cut off strap.

To feed strap out of machine in manual.

To be connected to a 110V or 220V/230V/240V source.

Slide on strap coil here. (If Reel core is 280mm, you can take off
the center drum to have core size 200mm.)

Stops the over-rotation of the strap reel.

Strap Bypass Guide
The strap is passed through this guide.

Movement Handle
Strap position can be changed by both side handles.
The operator can use this handle to lift and pull down the strapping
height between 175mm~2200mm from ground easily.

Support Handle
This Support Handle is used when the control head is moved to the
bottom. Please insert this Handle as per above drawing to
avoid the loading weight and counter weight losing balance,
especially when change some parts.

Jog Switch
To ensure good efficiency under higher tension.
To Adjust the tension.
Supply the power through battery.
To Adjust the Temperature of Heater.
Pushing down this switch, you can get any cycling stage you need
for maintenance. If the machine does not stop in home position
after you have pushed the jog switch, you only need to switch off
the power and turn on again.
