Introduction 

This troubleshooting guide references devices manufactured during different time frames. It is important to 
know the manufacture date and serial number of your device during the troubleshooting process or when 
calling customer service. To determine the year of manufacture, refer to the first six (6) digits of your TMM 

Series Stretcher-Chair’s serial number – these represent the date the chair was manufactured.
