Forms
Checklist for Completed Installation
Proper clearances for service access have been
maintained around equipment.
Equipment is level and mounting fasteners (if
applicable) are tight.
Piping completed to refrigerant or coolant loop (if
required).
All field installed piping leak tested.
Refrigerant charge added (if required).
Condensate pump installed (if required).
Condensate drain line connected and trap is filled with
water.
Water supply line connected to humidifier (if
required). If manual cut-off valve is installed, open
valve.
Humidifier ON/OFF/DRAIN switch is in ON position.
Plenum box installed (if required).
Filter(s) installed.
Ductwork completed or optional plenum installed (if
required).
Incoming line voltage matches equipment nominal
nameplated rating ± tolerances.
Main power wiring connections to the equipment,
including earth ground, have been properly installed.
Customer supplied main power circuit breaker (HACR
type) or fuses have proper ratings for equipment
installed.
All wiring connections are tight.
Control wiring connections completed to evaporator
and condenser (if required), including wiring to wall
mounted control panel and optional control devices.
Foreign materials have been removed from inside and
around all equipment installed (shipping materials,
construction materials, tools, etc.).
Inspect all piping connections for leaks during initial
operation.
