15.3 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Check the operation of the compressor and the electric resistance X
Measurement using a Megger insulation of the compressor motor X
Refrigerant circuit:
Perform a test of refrigerant leaks X
Check through the sight glass coolant flow - Full Indicator X
Carry out the analysis of the vibrations of the compressor X
Carry out the analysis of the acidity of the oil of the compressor (5) X
Notes:

The monthly activities include all those weekly.
2)
The annual activity (or earlier in the season), include all activities weekly and monthly.
3)
The values of the unit should be recorded each day for a high level of observation.
4)
Check for dissolved metals.

TAN (Total Acid Number):
0.10: No action
From 0.10 to 0.19:
Repositioning filters antacid and occurs after 1000 hours
of operation. Continue to replace the filters until the TAN
not falls below 0.10.
> 0.19:
Changing the oil, oil filter and the filter drier, Refer to
regular intervals.
