Installation
To mount device:
1.
Hook device over top of DIN rail
2. Gently push on lower half of device in the direction of arrow until the release clip clicks into
place (see left image,
To remove or reposition device:
1.
Disconnect all connectors before removing or repositioning.
2. Insert screwdriver into slotted release clip and gently pry upward on the clip with the
screwdriver (see right image,
3. While holding tension on the clip, lift device upward to remove or reposition.
4. If repositioned, push on the device until the release clip clicks back into place to secure the
device to DIN rail.
IntelliPak I—BCI-I Wiring Harness Installation
1.
Remove both (2) wire harnesses with green ground wire from the kit. Refer to the Unit wiring
diagram and select the two (2) harnesses which correspond by wire numbers for the two (2)
plugs on the BCI-I Module as follows:
24 VAC Plug - 572K and 736R
IPC (IMC) and LINK Plug - 406L, 407L, 533B, and 534B
2. Connect each plug to its appropriate receptacle on the BCI-I Module.
3. IPC Harness - Connect the 1/4" spade connector on wire 406L to 1TB9-A. Connect wire 407L to
1TB9-C.
4. 24 VAC Harness - Connect the 1/4" spade connector on wire 572K to 1TB10-8. Connect wire 736R
to 1TB10-7.
5. Using its 1/4" piggy-back terminal, connect GREEN GROUND wire 736S to existing wire 736A
at the Load side of transformer 1T4. Connect the fork terminal of 736S to chassis ground.
