5. Disassembly IDU & ODU   

5.1. IDU Disassembly

1. Before disassembly 

The original status. 

 

2. Disassemble Front Panel, Display Board. 

A.

 

Open front panel. 
 

B. Remove one screw and take   
the display box out from panel. 
 
C. Release panel axis which 
shown in red arrows out   
from mid frame and take   
the panel out.

3. Remove the Louver and Wi-Fi Module. 

A.

 

Unlock the louver lockers 

(clip),  bend  the  louver  slightly 
by  hands  and  remove  it  out 
from  mid  frame.  (Please  keep 
the locker on louver).   
 
B.

 

Remove  the  WiFi  module 

leftwards slightly from unit.   
 
C.

 

Remove  the  WiFi  fixed 

cover  and  take  the  USB 
connector out.

4. Remove the Electric Control box Cover 

Unfix  one  screw  on  the  cover 
of  electric  box,  and  remove   
it. 

 

 

5. Disassemble the Bottom Plate.
