STEP 6 

Position the central unit (item 8) on the assembled structure as shown in picture 07.

STEP 7 

Attach the central unit to the legs using M6x12 and M6x60 screws (items A and E) 

without tightening the upper E screws and A screws, leaving a gap of 3.0 to 4.0 mm 

to later attach the bases to the side board and the side burner as shown in picture 

08.

STEP 8 

Attach the side barriers (items 17 and 29) to the bases (items 12 and 30) using 

M4x10 screws (item D).  Then attach the side handles (item 14) together with the 

guards (item 13) to the bases (items 12 and 30) using M6x12 (item A) screws as 

shown in picture 09.

STEP 9

Attach the bases of the board and the side burner by fitting them in the A and E 

screws that were left loose. Tighten them as shown in picture 10.

STEP 10

Attach the valve (item 34) together with the knob base (item 16) to the right side 

barrier (item 17) using M4x10 screws (item D). After that, attach the side barriers 

(items 17 and 29) to the central unit (item 8) using M4x10 screws (item D) as 

shown in picture 11.

The metal hose connected to 

the valve (item 34) is flexible, 

as shown in picture 11A.

STEP 11 

Attach the side burner support (item 7) to the base (item 12) as shown in picture 

12. Remove the cotter pin that is attached to the side burner (item 10). Fit the side 

burner to the valve gas injector (item 34) and after that, re-attach the cotter pin, 

fixating the burner to the support as shown in picture 13.
