Routine maintenance TR Comfortline
Annual maintenance and inspection:

Annual maintenance and inspection must be performed by Qualified staff authorized by the manufacturer
together with qualified electrician and plumber.

Repeat Before every use, Daily maintenance and Monthly maintenance.

Inspection of the electrical installation, power cord, earth cables and equipment must be performed by a
qualified electrician.

Inspection of the plumbing installation, flexible connection hoses, shower hoses, pipe interrupters, check
valves (supplied by the installer) etc. must be performed by a qualified plumber.

Initialize/calibrate the lifting columns according to the instructions described in the Operating manual.

Make a scalding test by shutting OFF the cold-water supply. The thermostatic mixer shall shut OFF if only
HOT water is supplied.
If it doesn´t shut OFF the mixer or cartridge must be replaced.

There should be an annual inspection of the electrical installation and
of the devices according to local requirements.
Cleaning function:
-
If your Comfortline II is equipped with the cleaning function perform a function test. Start the cleaning
function by turning the key on the tub side counterclockwise and make sure that cleaning detergent and
water is mixed properly. Turn the key on the tub side Clockwise to turn it OFF.

Verify that the check valve works OK.

Warning:
Never use the cleaning system on patients, ONLY on the equipment.
