4.5 Preset adjustment
The PROFIBUS can be used to adjust the SSI-BOX to any position value within a
range of 24 bit respectively 15 bit.
This is done by setting the most significant bits of the output data (2
31
for configuration
Class 2 - 32 bits or 2
15
for configuration Class 2 - 16 bits).

Inputs
The preset adjustment value transferred in data bytes 0 - 3 is accepted as the position
value with the leading edge of bit 32 (=bit 7 of data byte 3). The SSI-BOX then
continues counting from this position. A readjustment is not possible until the control
bit has been reset again.
This process is not acknowledged via the inputs.
