FILLING THE REFRIGERANT
§
Use the refrigerant fi lling appliances specialized for R32. Make sure that
different kinds of refrigerant will not contaminate with each other.
§
The refrigerant tank should be kept upright at the time of fi lling refrigerant.
§
Stick the label on the system after fi lling is fi nished (or have not fi nished).
§
DO NOT over fi lling.
§
After fi lling is fi nished, please do the leakage detection before test running;
Another time of leak detection should be done when it is removed.

Please use the fl ammable gas detector to check before unload and open
the container.
§
No fi re source and smoking.
§
According to the local rules and laws.

Check according to the following requirement after fi nishing installation.

Have you done the refrigerant leakage
test? It may cause insuf fi cient cooling or
heating capacity.
Is heat insulation of pipline suf fi cient?
It may cause condensation and water
dripping.
Is water drained well?
It may cause condensation and water
dripping.
Is the voltage of power supply according
to the voltage marked on the nameplate? It may cause malfunction or damaging
the parts.
Is electric wiring and pipeline installed
correctly? It may cause malfunction or damaging
the parts.
Is the unit grounded securely? It may cause electric leakage.
